Boorowa Small Engine Specialist Open Through Christmas

A lot of businesses close their doors for the Holiday season. Still, Boorowa Small Engine Specialist on 19 Marsden Street will remain open to keep the service in the community for the period.

They offer servicing for outdoor power equipment, chainsaw sharpening, and other services. Alongside that, they can also do welding and fabrication works, as well as offering farm service plans.

Charlie Collins of Boorowa Small Engine Specialist wanted to wish the community a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

“The business is predominantly lawnmowers and outdoor power equipment repair. I also sell lawnmowers and sell spare parts. I also do a little bit of manufacturing, welding, and a bit of fabricating, but mostly repairs and maintenance on small engine equipment and farm plants. I work with farmers and work out a bit of a plan for scheduling all their maintenance on all their farm equipment. I do that on site,” he said.

“I also pick up and deliver lawnmowers and pumps and generators, and all the sort of typical things that you need on a farm to keep running and the household to keep your lawn maintenance up to scratch.

“I’m open over Christmas this year. I’m not going anywhere, so I’ll be around the whole time.

“I’ve been mechanising for the last four years. I started on my own earlier this year.

“The community is fantastic, as in everyone gets behind you and wants to see you do well, which is just fantastic. Just meeting a whole heap of different people, the families and stuff that have been around here and there, seems to be plenty of work around, which is good.”

If you need any mechanical service requirements over the Holiday period, Charlie is your man.
