A MyCause has been opened by Troy’s rodeo family, who say they mourn the heartbreaking loss of a man who served as a mate, mentor and all-around great cowboy.
The funds account has been created to support Troy’s loving family as they face a time of unimaginable grief.
“We have created this page on the back of many asking how we can support Crossy’s family, who have been embraced with an overwhelming and deeply cherished amount of messages of love and support. While no monetary figure could ever replace such a devastating loss, your support may just allow them the time and space to focus on what matters most,” they said online.
“We all know this family is not the type to ask for help, but at this tragic time, it’s our turn to rally around them. Together, we can ease the burdens they now face and show them the same love and generosity they have always shown to those around them. Troy has surely left his mark on this world, there’s no doubt he truly was one of a kind. Whether you knew him for a moment or for a lifetime he certainly had an impact on everyone he knew and met.
