Boorowa Hospital Auxiliary provided the following for our hospital:
• Weeding and planting of the Serenity Garden.
• Paying for equipment requested by hospital.
• Recognising the invaluable service by staff with a Gift Hamper on International Nurse’s Day in May.
The Auxiliary provided the following for our community:
• Opportunity for Skin Cancer Checks for those lucky enough to get an appointment at the Skin Cancer Check Van.
• The Auxiliary paid $$6000 per day for two of the three days the Van was present in April.
Boorowa Hospital Auxiliary spent a total of $19,581.80 supporting the hospital and health of the community.
The Auxiliary held its Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 6th August and confirmed Debbie Rheinberger as Secretary, Judy Ford as Vice President and Treasurer, and Jenny Carter as President.
The Auxiliary next meets on Thursday, 10th September at 2.00pm at the hospital.
The Boorowa Hospital Auxiliary invites members of the public to join their friendly group to help them continue to contribute to the health and well-being of the hospital and local community.
