An outstanding season of Boorowa touch football came to a thrilling climax last Thursday evening.
In the A-Grade final, an entertaining game saw the Rovers defeat the Courthouse and become overall champions. The Rovers have been the most consistent team all year, but the Courthouse were gallant in defeat.
The B-Grade final saw the Little Rascals edge past a plucky Over Rovers team.
In the C-Grade final it was The Yellow Bellies who were too good for the Roadhouse.
The evening was followed by a presentation of awards across the three games with the recipients listed below:
Grand Final Winners A Grade – Boorowa Rovers B Grade – Little Rascals C Grade – Yellow Bellies
The individual awards winners were: Best and Fairest junior male – Billy Fogg Best and Fairest junior female – Emily Ford Best and Fairest senior male – Josh Dean Best and Fairest senior female – Gen Carmody
Highest try scorer junior male – Billy Fogg
Highest try scorer junior female – Belinda Lawler
